Prepping [a] Baby Food[ie]

This is my blog about family meals from scratch. As my babies ["LL""Baby Boy-yer"] are now 4 and 2 years old, it has become less about "baby food." Lately, we've been trying to focus more on having family dinners where everyone eats the same thing, with no exceptions for the little ones. Light and Vegan Cauliflower “Alfredo”

Thanks to the ohsheglows blog for this interesting recipe. I’d never order or make Alfredo sauce other than this—it’s not even a real Italian thing. To be honest, it really doesn’t taste anything like Alfredo sauce, but if you want something creamy yet light on your pasta, try it out. Ours needed more salt than the recipe called for so be sure to salt to taste.

The verdict: Boy-yer loved it, LL did not like it at all. Mommy and Daddy both liked it. We served it with a spiral organic spinach pasta.
